The purpose of this proposal is because currently when we decide to limit the number of an NFT or stop selling a certain NFT, we have to send each one to the burn address. This would allow an artist the ability to essentially delete the rest of their NFTs without spending time sending and paying transaction costs to send the the rest of the NFT in questions.
